Happy Thanksgiving!!

I love the holidays. I appreciate the times I am able to go home for them so much more now that I am married. Ever since Ben and I got married we switch families for the holidays. So the first year we spent Thanksgiving with my family and Christmas with the Andersons. Last year was switched but we did not get to go to Reno for Christmas because of when I was due with Aidan. So I was especially grateful to be able to spend Thanksgiving in Reno this year. Ben was able to get a whole week off of work. We left Friday the 16th and came back yesterday. It was a very fun filled week. Everybody in my family was able to come home except for Robbie, whom we missed dearly, but is still on his mission in New York. Ben helped out my dad on a lot of projects that week which I know my dad appreciated very much. He also played ball with the boys, which is where he received his black eye, and they also played some turkey bowl on Thursday. I enjoyed the nice little break from being a mom because my family can't get enough of Aidan to go around. We watched BYU play #6 ranked Louisville in basketball and beat them on Friday night. Let's not forget the BIG GAME on Saturday, BYU vs. UTAH. What a wonderful game that was to watch! Just to end the sports, we watched BYU barely loose to #1 ranked North Carolina in basketball Saturday night. Thanksgiving is always such a joy to me and I am grateful for family more than anything at this time of year.

Baby #2!!!

So some of you already know but Ben and I found out in October that I am pregnant with our second child! For those of you who are trying to count how many months apart they'll be...they will be just one week short of 18 months. We are both very excited and I am just a little nervous but I know this is the way is was supposed to be. I will always be grateful to my father in heaven for allowing me to be a mom to such a beautiful boy.

BYU vs. TCU

We have been fortunate enough to make it to three of the six home games. It's been a lot of fun to continue going to the BYU football games! Aidan enjoys it very much which helps.

Aidan and the little old man!

Ben and I have discovered a little old man that lives inside of Aidan. We find it quite amusing.

Happy 26th Birthday Ben!

Ben turned 26 on November 2. He wanted to go to the Mayan for his birthday, so that's where we went. It was quite the "adventure"!

Aidans cheesy smiles!

Aidan has six teeth now and I swear that ever since they came in he likes to smile really cheesy to show them off...so here are a few!

Happy Halloween!!!

This year was Aidan's first Halloween, so of course I had to dress him up and take him trick or treating. He actually got to go three different times (I think that might be a record for a ten month old). On Tuesday he went to Ben's office in SLC and got to trick or treat on two floors. Later that night, we went to our friend Amanda's trunk or treat. Aidan did his final trick or treating the next night on Halloween. We met up with Paula and Adam and their little girl Emma. They were so cute trick or treating together. All in all it was an eventful Halloween for Aidan!
