My parents are both from Texas, so this summer Ben, Aidan and I flew down to Austin to meet the whole family. We spent about a week there and enjoyed every minute of it! We went to Schlitterbahn, which is the largest natural water park in America! We almost went on all the rides in BOTH parks. It was a blast thanks to cousin Rick who got us running around the waterpark! We also went to Sea World in San Antonio, which by the way is so much better then the one in San Diego by far! We spent Father's Day at cousin Vincent's house with his family. We just adore the Salas family, they are the best! Ben and Vincent got a Ping Pong Tournament going and EVERYONE played in it. Not to toot my own horn, but my husband Ben beat everyone! Vincent and Bridget weren't too happy about the whole thing because they didn't like being beaten in their own home! We still love them though. The rest of our trip was spent visiting my moms and dads family that live in Houston. We went to the Blue Bell Ice Cream Factory which I hear is the best ice cream ever! Then we went to Pappa's Seafood which is a must when you go Texas. It is the best seafood you will ever have. We saw the Reid family, Great-Grandma Hopkins, Great-Grandpa Hutchens, Great-Uncle Jim, Great-Great Aunt Pauline and Great Great Uncle Robert and Great Uncle Jerry. It was really good to see all the family because we don't get to see everyone that often. We love all ya'll!
